Website Consignment Forms
Print out the Consignment form and send a consignment of any number of coins or notes with a total minimum value of $500 or more to Jhon E Cash Currency, Coins & Collectables, (hereafter referred to Jhon E Cash Currency), via USPS Registered Mail, USPS Express Mail or Federal Express. The seller is responsible for all freight and insurance to send the notes to our location. Include this signed Jhon E Cash Website consignment form with all coins and notes. Please fill out all the required information accurately.
Scheduling and Duration of Website: We generally list each coin or note for 60-days on our website. Once a coin or note has been submitted for the website, it can be withdrawn at any time, unless the coins or notes have been sold. Jhon E Cash will return the coin or note to consignor when written permission is received via email or regular mail from submitter. Return item fees will apply, see RIF schedule below. Under normal circumstances, your coin or note will be listed on the Jhon E Cash website within five to seven days after we receive the items. This allows us time to properly receive them, catalog, photograph and properly list them.
Graded Currency Notes and Coins: Any PMG or PCGS certified currency note or PCGS or NGC certified coin may be consigned to Jhon E Cash Currency. Jhon E Cash Currency reserves the right to return any coin or note it considers inappropriate or not properly graded. Coins or notes accepted for consignment to Jhon E Cash will be described in our lot listing by our numismatists. Selected coins or notes will be professionally imaged and displayed on our website. Certain coins or notes certified by other third party grading services may be considered at the sole discretion of Jhon E Cash Currency. Jhon E Cash Currency is an authorized PMG, PCGS, and NGC submission center.
Ungraded or Raw Currency Notes/Coins: At this time Jhon E Cash prefers not to list ungraded coins or notes on our website. Most buyers in today’s market prefer coins or notes graded by independent third party grading services. It takes the uncertainty out of its authenticity and provides an independent opinion of the real grade. Third party grading services provide that level of comfort to the buyer. Graded coins and notes almost certainly bring higher selling prices. Rarely does a PMG, PCGS, or NGC graded coins or notes ever get returned because of over or under graded opinions of the grade.
PMG, PCGS, and NGC Grading Companies: On our website we have provided links to PMG, NGC and PCGS Grading Company’s website. Check them out as their grading standards and fees vary. You may choose to submit your raw coins or notes directly to PMG or PCGS yourself. As authorized submission center for both grading companies, Jhon E Cash Currency may submit your ungraded coins or notes on your behalf for certification for a nominal fee. Consignor will be responsible for freight and insurance to and from the grading companies. Jhon E Cash Currency guarantees no specific turn-around times or grades given by the grading companies. Their grading fees depend on the turn-around time requested, quantity of coins or notes submitted and value of the coins or notes. Visit their website for more info. Jhon E Cash Website Fees:
Website Seller Fees: Consignor agrees to pays this nominal fee for the professional photographing, insurance, writing the detailed description, customer service questions, collection of funds, shipping the coins or notes to the customers and all the other nuisances of dealing with eBay and eBay customers. The seller’s fees are on a per coin or note basis.
A minimum of $100 per note will be assessed. |

Returned unsold coins or notes to consignor: There are no fees charged by Jhon E Cash for unsold items other that freight and insurance to return them to you. Jhon E Cash Currency reserves the right to return the coins or notes to the consignor: if they do not sell on eBay’s website or the eBay store within 120 days. All coins or notes will be shipped via USPS Express Mail (overnight or next day), signature required. Consignor agrees to pay a all shipping and insurance fees. Returns by buyers: Occasionally a cosigned coin or note gets returned by a buyer for non-payment, bad funds, and high-jacked accounts or simply just because the buyer can return the item within the allotted time period. Jhon E Cash will handle all issues with the buyer. However, Jhon E Cash Currency reserves the right to return the coins or notes to the consignor if the coins or notes are not sold within 120 days.

No Reserve EBay Auctions: For those clients who want a guaranteed and quick sale, the No Reserve Auction is the way to go. You are guaranteed a quick sale and the funds will be paid to you a lot faster. On the consignment sheet mark or check the No Reserve box. According to all the eBay literature and studies, No Reserve Auctions get the most attention from buyers. The more buyers that place bids the more attention it gets. It only takes two people to bid to run the price up. In many cases No Reserve Auctions get higher prices than Fixed Price Auctions. In No Reserve Auctions we will generally start the bidding at $19.95.
Fixed Price EBay Auctions: On Fixed Price Auctions the seller sets the minimum price they will accept for each coin or note. We will list that coin or note on eBay at your listed amount. EBay buyers will have the option to purchase it at the Fixed Price or make an offer. When we receive an offer, we will contact you via email or phone and you will have the option of accepting their offer or declining it. Fixed Priced Auctions generally don’t get the attention or bids of a No Reserve Auction. On the consignment Form, include the Fixed Auction Price for each coin or note.
Scheduling and Duration of eBay auctions: We generally list each eBay auction for 10-days, three times maximum. A new listing fee applies to each new 10-day auction. In some instances we can list the auctions for up to 30 days. Call for details. Once a coin or note has been submitted for eBay it cannot be withdrawn without incurring eBay listing fees. Under normal circumstances, your coins or notes will be listed on eBay within seven to ten days after we receive them. This allows us time to properly receive them, catalog, photograph and properly list them. We usually prefer to list coins or notes for a 10-day auction on a Thursday, ending on a Sunday as this gives potential buyers two weekends to view the coins and notes. Most buyers spend more time on eBay during the weekends. You may want to watch your items listed on eBay.

EBay Fees:
Consignors’ whose coins or notes are successfully sold on eBay are charged an initial eBay fee of eight per cent (8%) of the final total sales price as listed on eBay to cover the actual eBay listing fees, final valuation fee, and processing fees.
EBay Seller Fees: Consignor agrees to pays this nominal fee for the professional photographing, insurance, writing the detailed description, customer service questions, collection of funds, shipping the coins or notes to the customers and all the other nuisances of dealing with eBay and eBay customers. The Handling Fee covers your eBay listing fees, handling, secured storage, packaging, photographing, freight charges and insurance for items in transit to your location and at our location. The higher the dollar value of the note, the more our shipping insurance is to return it to the consignor. As a reminder: consignors’ will generally be notified after 45 days that their coins or notes have not sold and be given the chance to decide if they want to reduce the asking price, leave it on the website and the eBay store for an additional 30 days or have it returned to them.
Payment to Consignor: Payments to consignors’ are mailed within 15 business days (auction houses pay in 45 days) after all funds have been collected from buyers and have cleared our bank, unless there is a legitimate dispute. All fees accrued will be deducted at this time and the remaining amount sent to the consignor.

These coins or notes are usually offered in the next available 10 day auction at no charge. Jhon E Cash will handle all eBay chargeback’s. However, Jhon E Cash Currency reserves the right to return the coins or notes to the consignor if the coins or notes are not sold in three 10 day auctions.
