This coin was so difficult to image, I had to get two shots of it and couldn''''t decide which bidders would like more (or less if you''''re cynical). In a nutshell, the one picture that would provide the most accurate represenation of the coin. In the end I decided to include two pictures OF THE SAME COIN. This auction lot is for 1 (ONE) coin. Don''''t think there are two coins in this lot because I have two different pictures OF THE SAME COIN. (I bet I still get a question asking how many coins are in this auction. sigh...)
Anyways, about the coin, this fantastic toned Morgan dollar exhibits stunning icy blue, deeper blue, magenta, and gold flowing across the heavily mirrored fields and frosty devices and are accented with a textile pattern in the lower obverse. The reverse has nicely mirrored surfaces and is ringed by light gold near the rims. So, take a look at both of the pictures of this coin above and hopefully, you''''ll find an acceptable notion of what the coin will look like in-hand.
