Intricately engraved with amazing craftsmanship on the moneyside of this Seated half is The BCA, In Commemoration of the 50th Birthday, April 23rd and is surrounded by a wreath containing 2 shields. One of the shields has the date 1838 and the other has the date 1888. Some of the pinback hardware is still attached on the back of this attractive commemorative token.
