Want to hear something funny? When I ask why this note only got a 58PPQ grade, get this, they told me it had a fold in it! Ya think so, after all it is a fold over and cutting error. However upon close inspection there does seem to be a small crease, not a fold going vertically 1/3rd way from the left. How pickey. Any way the error is the main thing. This is known amoung error collectors as the famoous $3 bill as you can see by the photo. I call it one hell of a major dramatic errors that most advanced collectors crave for. The serial number is I37093520A and is in a PMG-58EPQ holder.
