This star does not exist! At least that is what the new Oakes/Lindquist book states. This is a 1934 $100 FRN Light Green Seal star from the St Louis district. The low 4-digit lime green serial number is H00001206* It is in a cut-out PCGS-35 holder. I bought this note in 2003 for well over a thousand dollars as it was then and still is today unreported. A beautiful unmolested example with all the features that you would expect from a note in this grade. Check the scans for better details.I have cut the sides out of all the PCGS older large holders. I will be taking them to the next show to get them reholdered in the newer holder, my cost is only $5-$7 each. I have spoken to Laura Kessler on this.
