WHAT CAN YOU SAY? This is one of 5 1899 $1 Black Eagle RADARS that are being listed. They were originally known as "Presentation Notes". I acquired the set of 5 notes in June of 2003 in a private sale. None of the 5 notes have ever been circulated or offered for sale in auction or public. They all have been in private hands since the day they were printed and then Presented. I have never seen or found anywhere a 4-dight radar on a Black Eagle in GEM condition in any auction or dealers table or anyones website. These 5 1899 $1 Black Eagles RADARS have been in my private collection and now its time for someone else to enjoy them as much as I have over the past years. Once they are sold to their new owners you may never have a chance to own one of them, no matter how much money you have.
