Fr.-2402* This is one tough gold certificate star to acquire in a nice VF and above condition. This is a 1928 $20 gold certificate star with serial number *00413309A and it is in a PCGS Extra Fine 40 holder. The centering is right on for the grade and the bright gold colors are perfectly matched for the seal and serial numbers. There are no rips, tears, pinholes or any bank marks. 1928 $20 Gold certificates are much harder to acquire than the $10 gold certificate star. This would make a very nice addition to any gold certificate collection or all star collectors.

I now have a complete set of 1928 gold certificate stars including the $10* gold star, $20* gold star, $50* gold star and the ultimate $100* (7 known) Gold Certificate stars.
