This is a 1870 $5 Gold Coin Note From The First National Gold Bank of San Francisco, California. This is the famous Gold Coin Note named because of its back design which shows many gold coins. These are very rare notes in any condition. I don't care what PMG states on their holder this is a Very Fine Note...all day! It doesn not matter how much money you have, you simply don't see these notes appear anywhere at any cost. They are highly sought after and collectiable. The charter number is 1741 and the serial number is 7319.
