This is the highest grade of all the serial number one notes I have ever seen. This is a 2009 $1 FRN from the popular San Francisco District. The serial number is L00000001K. When I first bought this note raw I really thought I would get a PCGS-67PPQ grade. I do not know why because look closely at the perfect and even board walk margins on both sides. There are no ink smears on the serial numbers as is the case for quite a few of them. The last one I saw in a Heritage auction sold for almost $7,000 with the juice. Here is one for quite a few dollars less.
