This is a very nice and original Fr.-2201 or a 1934 $500 FRN Dark Green Seal from the New York district, and the ser. is B00246399A. It resides in a PMG EF-40 EPQ holder. This is one of the few PPQ notes that means it has never been pressed or cleaned as most of all the 1928 and 1934 $500 and $1,000 bills have been. It was a common practice back from the 1930 to 1980 era to clean and press them for collectors. If your wanting a totally original and not any issues 1934 $5000 dollar bill, here it is. A pressed and cleaned version will be about $100 to $200 less.
