This is a very nice high grade Fr.-2210H or a 1928 $1,000 FRN from the popular St Louis District and features the scarcer Light Green Seal (LGS) variety. The serial number is H00028463A and is in a PMG-65EPQ holder. According to the PMG website this note is a POP1/0 with none finer. Other words it is the finest known or tied with the finest known. Here is a breakdown of some recent comps of 1928 $1,000 bills sold from the FUN Show held in Orlando, Florida held from January 10 to the 13th, 2013.

This 1928 St Louis $1K FRN is comparable or better than all of the notes that sold at the 2013 FUN show as they are all Pop1/0 finer, except this is the scarcer “Light Green Seal Varity. Here you have a chance to acquire a “Finest Known Pop 1 note. You don’t get a chance to own a Pop 1 note very often, especially thousands of dollars below market. Offered at $9950.00
