The Bureau of Engraving and Printing's (BEP) takes you to the official government site of the BEP for some interesting information and facts on all of our US currency.

US Papermoney will take you to a site that is full of information on everything you ever wanted to know about our US currency. Almost everything anyway. Very cool site!

The American Numismatics Association (ANA) is a professional organization for those who want to further learn about US coins and currency.

PMG and PCGS are the only two TRUE independent currency-grading services available. I highly recommend these two companies for those of you who want to get their currency certified and graded for insurance purposes or simply, a peace of mind.

UNIQUE! This is the pride and joy of the famous Jhon E Cash Star Collection. I currently have 36 $500 stars and 18 $1,000 stars in the Jhon E Cash Star Collection. This includes 4 1928 $1,000 stars. As the largest collector ever of 1928 and 1934 $500 and $1,000 stars, this is my finest note. It is a UNIQUE 1928 $1,000 Cleveland Star. This is the only one known to exist. Only one person can complete a district set and they will need this one. The serial number is D00000102* and it is in a PCGS-EF40 holder.

Of the 16 1928 $1,000 stars known this Cleveland star is the 3rd finest known of all 1928 $1,000 stars by PMG or PCGS grading companies.

One is a 1928 New York star which has 3 stars known and it was graded a PCGS-63PPQ and sold last Jan. in Orlando for over $76,000. The other one is a 1928 St Louis star, which has 4 stars known and it is in a PCGS-45 holder.

This example is the Cleveland Star which has only one known and it is in a PCGS-40 holder. I have actually been chasing this Cleveland star every since I first started collection stars back in the 1990's. I found it last year but the collector was not willing to depart with it. He has had this star for well over 40 years. I was just recently able to convince him it was time to get it back on the market. This star currently resides in the Jhon E Cash Collection.
