This is a very nice example of a 1928 $10 Star note in a PCGS-40PPQ holder. What make this star note so special is that is totally original, never cleaned or pressed. So many of the small size gold certificates have been cleaned and pressed. There are NO rips, tears, pinholes or markings of any type. You can still see the embossing from the serial numbers on the back. The inks have retained its vivid gold color and there are no heavy folds. You will not find a better Extra Fine gold certificate star note anywhere with a PPQ designation. It is definitely priced to sell. The serial number is *00875853A.
