This is a very nice 1928 $100 Gold Certificate in a PMG-45EPQ holder. The serial number is A01135944A. Trying to find any denomination gold certificate with the EPQ or PPQ originality designation is getting very hard to do. As most collectors know the majority of all 1928 series gold certificates were washed and pressed many years ago when it was an acceptable practice. But to locate any of the gold certificates still in their original condition is a good find. You will notice there NO hard folds, pinholes, rips, tears, bank marks or missing pieces. The golden burnt-orange gold color seal and serial numbers still retains its vivid color. The margins are acceptable for the grade on the front and back. If your in the market for a original, never pressed or cleaned 1928 $100 Gold certificate, this is your chance to own one at a great price.
