Here is a nice original problem free 1886 $2 Silver Certificate that you never find in this grade with a PPQ/EPQ designator.

This note is also known as the Hancock Note because of the bust of General Winfield Scott Hancock who was a Lincoln General during the Civil War, graces the front. You have the Rosecrans/Hyatt signature combo with the popular Large Red Spiked Seal. You can still see the embossing through the holder, which is uncommon in this grade. The centering is dead on and as you can easily see it has retained its great inks.

The serial number is B16092163 and it is in a PMG Very Fine-40EPQ holder. It does NOT get any nicer that this for a VF-40EPQ.
