This is a real nice example of the 1899 $5 Silver Certificate commonly referred to as the Chief note. The serial number is N10749875 and it is in a PCGS-58PPQ holder. This note was just a small paper bend away from a GEM-66 holder.

The front faces up like a GEM-66 note with the even margins on the front and back. Check out the beautiful blue inks on the scalloped seal and serial numbers. It is totally original through out with no problems. It is also a mule note. Simply put it had two different plates that it was printed on. Not the two original front and back plates were used.
