This is the famous 1869 $5 Legal Tender commonly referred to as the Rainbow note because of it beautiful rainbow colors across the front. As you can see by the large scans this is a totally original note with no issues. The bust of Andrew Jackson our seventh President of the US from 1829-1833 is on the left side. A vignette of the Pioneer Family or sometimes called the Woodchopper Family in the center. The popular large red spiked seal is to the right. All of these 1869 notes were hand cut. I am not exactly sure why this did not garner a 65EPQ grade as the centering and margins are certainly there to justify it.

The serial number of this beauty is K3547454 and it resides in a PMG-64EPQ.
