This is a very rare 1918 $1 FRBN Star note from the very tough Richmond District. You probaly have not seen any of these star notes before on ebay as there are only nine (9) known to exist. Most of them are in long term star collections. This note was discovered in June of 1999. This is the third finest of the nine known In Doug Murrays US Large Size Star Note book. There are only two higher graded Extra Fines notes known to exist. Richmond has always been one of the toughest districts on any large size note, especially star notes. The serial number is E73264*. It is in a PMG VF-20 holder. There are no rips, tears, pinholes or missing pieces.
