How cool is a 3-digit 1918 $1 FRBN star note from the Windy City of Chicago? This is a bright example of the Chicago district $1 FRBN Star. This is the 2nd finest known according to the PCGS population report. A small corner fold from on upper left corner keeps this from a GEM-65 note. Shame on that person who folded this beautiful and stunning example. Most of the FRBN stars are in very low grade with this one being an exception.
