This is a very fine example of the famous 1918 $2 Federal Reserve Bank Note commonly referred to as the Battleship because of its back design. This EPQ example hails from the popular New York District. Only on exceptional notes will PMG will notate EPQ on a PMG-VF-25 note. Because of the obvious originality they have done so on the example. The main reason I purchased this $2 Battleship note was because of the EPQ notation and it is totally free of any issues. It is not often than I can offer a nice mid grade EPQ Battleship to my clients as a low cost type note. I guarantee at this price, IT WILL NOT LAST LONG! The serial number is B1000567A and it is in a PMG-25EPQ holder. Did you notice the last 3 digit serial numbers, 567A. Nice small ladder.
