This is one of the rarest Large Size Star Notes in the Jhon E Cash Large Size Star Note Collection. It is a Fr.-851b* or a 1914 $5 FRN Star Note from the New York District. There are only five (5) known to exist according to Doug Murrays Complete Catalog of US large Size Star Notes. This note was discovered in December of 1999 and I acquired it shortly thereafter. There are no rips, tears or pinholes. If your looking to complete a set of these, you will definately need this one. The serial number is B2148007*.
