Obverse Design: Barber's head of Liberty right, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA surrounding, date below. The design adopted in 1892.
Reverse Design: Wreath of oak, corn, and wheat, open at top, enclosing ONE / DIME (the regular issue, essentially the style adopted in 1860 and not changed in the meantime).
Additional Details: Transitional issue, obverse and reverse of 1892. Two pieces known, both in the Smithsonian Institution.
