Obverse Design: Barber's head of Liberty right, IN GOD WE TRUST above, seven stars left, six stars right, date 1891 below. Stars each have six points. Similar to the design adopted in 1892.

Reverse Design: Variation on the Heraldic eagle but with differences in the olive branch, a shorter scroll, and with clouds above the stars.

Additional Details: Two pieces known, both in the Smithsonian Institution.
