National Bank Notes Large Size Ohio

National Bank Notes make up the most plentiful and extensive series of all US Currency. They were issued from 1863 to 1929 by thousands of local or small hometown banks. They were issued in 3 different charters.

First Charters or Origional Charters were issued from 1863 to 1875 as a result of the Act of February 25, 1863
